Electronic Forms Design

Digitally Remastered can design custom electronic forms (and many other business documents) or we can convert your existing paper forms into electronic versions. These forms can include your company logo (or any other images) and contact information, as well.

Another great option we offer with our custom form design service, is the ability to make these forms "fillable." This means that the user can actually type information directly into the forms, and submit the information to any person, via E-mail.

"Fillable" forms are a great way for any company to become more eco-friendly, or "green." If forms are electronically stored and then sent to and from a respondent via E-mail, not only will a company use less paper (no paper form, and no envelopes needed for sending or returning), but it will minimize the cost of mailing, processing, and storing them, as well.

We currently offer two custom form solutions, Adobe LiveCycle and Microsoft InfoPath. LiveCycle creates forms in Portable Document Format (PDF). This tends to be the most common format, as it is useable by nearly every person on the Web, because the software needed to view it, Adobe Acrobat Reader, is freely available. Microsoft InfoPath forms, on the other hand, are only "fillable" if the user has InfoPath installed on the computer being used since there is not currently an InfoPath "reader" available.
